What do people from the North do in the dead of winter? They dream of Miami! Ahhhhhh. Snow, ice, blistering winds and 20 degree temps makes me reminisce about that time I won a trip to Miami with some of the most stylish women I know. The pictures below highlight Keaton Row's top stylists from the past year. It was an honor to be amongst such talented and stylish women. Naturally, we all got along perfectly! I can't think of a better place to celebrate our accomplishments, except, maybe Vegas!! Which is where we'll be headed next year.

Hello Ya'll! I'm back! Well...kinda. I will slowly be easing my way back into the blogging world. Who's excited?!
The past two years have been spent growing my styling business with Keaton Row. If you're unfamiliar, KR is an online styling platform where busy, tech-savvy women can work with a stylist for FREE. My clients only pay for the pieces they purchase. Through this platform I've been able to work with and style 400+ women from across the country. I create looks using pieces from our catalog which is comprised of merchandise from Nordstrom, Shopbop, Asos and Les Nouvelles. Here are a couple of my most recent lookbooks:
All of the pieces in these lookbooks are shopable - even if you aren't a client. I also have Pinterest-like gallery filled with my most recent, public looks. You can shop them HERE. Let me know what you think. Any and all feedback (except for mean, negative comments) is always welcomed. If you aren't interested in shopping these looks and would rather put them together, like myself, send me a message or leave a comment. I'd be happy to reach out to you and answer your questions about styling in the virtual world.
Going forward Satin&Scotch blog will be more than a personal style blog. Less pictures of myself and more pictures of looks I've put together, different ways to style the same item, new trends and anything else you would like to see. Of course, if I'm able to train my boyfriend to become a master photographer, the blog will take a different route. I'm really open to new ideas and showing you what you want to see.

If you haven't noticed, I'm not your typical style blogger. I don't have new outfit posts everyday or host giveaways - but I wish I did! Truth is, I'm the type of person who bites off more than she can chew, and I don't stop chewing until I've accomplished what I set out to. Okay, weird analogy. What I'm trying to say is, I've been swamped styling clients and mentoring new stylists with Keaton Row. If you aren't familiar, KR is a virtual styling network where clients work with stylist for free. Shoot me a message for more info or sign up here.
Instead of an outfit post, here is a look I pulled from a recent fall lookbook. What do you think? Yay/Nay?
